To receive refund credit on SkyTrak hardware products, the following conditions must be met:

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Items must be returned in original packaging, including all components and accessories.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Impact Screen Use & Care

The impact screen is a consumable item and will wear over time. To extend screen life:

• Use clean, largely new golf balls with no marker ink

• Avoid balls with cuts, scuffs, or sharp imperfections

• Always install the included Velcro border protection along the entire screen edge (left, right, and top)

Failure to install the protective border or assemble the enclosure correctly voids the warranty.
