- Free No-Rush Shipping: Orders over $750 USD ship free within the contiguous U.S.
- Paid Options: Expedited and non-contiguous (AK, HI, U.S. territories) options are available at checkout.
- Freight Deliveries: Large/heavy items (e.g., simulator frames, mats, screens) may ship via freight. Charges are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping (Canada)
- Rates are calculated at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by their local government.
- Orders returned or abandoned due to unpaid import charges are not eligible for refund.
- Delivery estimates exclude delays caused by customs clearance.

4. Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST begin processing the same day.
- Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed after hours, weekends, or holidays begin processing the next business day.

6. Delivery Issues
6.1 Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order is delayed or missing:
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- Check with neighbors, reception desks, or building management.

6.2 Damaged Packages

- Inspection & Restocking: If returned items are used/damaged but resale-eligible, a 30% restocking fee may apply.
