Return Eligibility (SkyTrak Hardware Policy)

To receive credit for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • All parts/components must be included

  • Item must show no signs of wear or damage

Returns not meeting these requirements may incur a restocking fee up to 40%.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
