Return Eligibility (SkyTrak Hardware Policy)

To qualify for a return:

• Must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date

• Product must be returned in original packaging

• All components must be included and unused / undamaged

Returns failing to meet these requirements may incur a restocking fee up to 40%.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing time: Up to 14 business days after the product arrives at SkyTrak’s facility.

Damaged Upon Arrival

If your product arrives damaged:

1. Damage must be noted with the carrier at delivery
